Keyriana Jimenez Rodriguez Obituary – Death: Beloved Resident Has Died

In the early hours of Wednesday morning in Jackson Heights, tragedy struck when 18-year-old Keyriana Jimenez Rodriguez was found dead inside her apartment with multiple gunshot wounds. Police responded to a 911 call reporting gunfire shortly after 1:45 a.m. and discovered her in a residence along 84th Street near 34th Avenue. She had sustained fatal injuries to the head, torso, and abdomen and was pronounced dead at the scene.

Nearby, officers also located a 20-year-old man suffering from a gunshot wound to the head. He was pronounced dead as well. Investigators believe the man, identified as her boyfriend, fatally shot Keyriana before taking his own life.

Authorities from the 115th Precinct, along with medical examiners, continue to investigate, though early findings suggest the incident stemmed from a domestic dispute. Neighbors reported frequent arguments between the couple, describing a tense and troubling environment.
